Exam Stress Tip #7: Put It In Perspective.

I want to finish this series by telling you that it is going to be okay. Yes, these exams are important, but they are not the end of the world. If you don’t do as good as you’d hoped, it is not going to ruin your life. It might make things a bit more difficult in the short run, but in the long run, this is just an exam.

Now, I’m not telling you to stop studying right now and not care about your exam or assignments. They are important, but they should not be stressing you out to an unhealthy level. Make sure to keep care of your health, both mentally and physically, during this time. If you are feeling too overwhelmed, take a break. There is so much more to life than just these exams. You will get through them.

I’ve taken many exams in my lifetime, some with better outcomes than others, and I’m here to tell you that they only test one aspect of your being. They don’t test how kind-hearted, caring, outgoing, sociable, interesting, and amazing you are. These tests do not define you; so don’t give them that power.

Keep you head up, do you best, and everything will be just fine.
